The feature that sets the MLT3060 light tower apart from its brethren is its size. Although smaller, Roberts said the MLT3060 maintains the same structural integrity of its full-sized counterparts standby by incorporating a structural steel tubular frame. At 48 in. wide, ozone generator roberts explained that as many as 12 mlt3060 towers can be stacked side-by-side on a flatbed truck, as opposed to eight mlt4060s, which are 16 in. wider, or even fewer mlt5060s, which am 33 in. wider. the mlt3060 tower also weighs 230 lb. less timers and standby than the 185fl lb. mlt4060 and 425 lb. less than the 2045 lb. mlt- 5060. with the outriggers extended, the mlt3060 light tower is 98 in. wide, which still offers an extremely stable unit in winds in excess of 65 mph. the increase of one horsepower over the gc160 and gcvl60, to 6.0 horsepower and 6.5 horsepower for the gc190 and gcv190 respectively, was achieved through an increase of displacement from 160 to 187 cc. this also results in a 0.5 lb.ft. portable generator torque increase for both engines, timers with the gc190 delivering standby 8.9 lb.ft., and the gcvi90 delivering tag generator 8.1 lb.ft.to maintain reliability with the higher output, internal components timers have been strengthened with a stronger piston pin, larger standby connecting rod, generator larger rod journal and redesigned oil control ring. most air-cooled products (including chillers, rooftop timers units, and condensing units) use dx evaporators. most dx systems allow oil to travel through the refrigeration circuit and back to the compressor oil sump. great care must be taken during design to provide oil return, particularly at part load, when refrigerant flow rates are reduced.water-cooled chillers often use flooded evaporators. in a flooded evaporator, even small amounts of oil can coat evaporator tubes and significantly diminish chiller performance. this can lead to an elaborate oil-recovery system. magnetic bearings eliminate the need for these systems standby and oil management in general. in fact, the only required regular maintenance of the compressor is the quarterly tightening of the terminal screws, the annual blowing generator off of dust and cleaning of the boards, and the changing of the capacitors every five years. complete timers service agreements and extended maintenance contracts can be provided by the manufacturer. ©2003 www.standbygenerator.net.
